The Role

About the Team

This role will report into our Solutions Consulting team. The Solutions Consulting team is an integral part of the Outreach Go-To-Market function. We focus on driving real business impact for prospects by being both technology and domain experts. We are expected to understand our prospect’s challenges and goals - then guide them toward lasting solutions. We do this by partnering with other functions, internally (professional services, product, engineering, success, marketing) and externally (partners).


Location

We are open to considering remote applicants. For individuals based in Seattle, Atlanta or NYC this will be a hybrid position (3 days in office each week).

Your Daily Adventures Will Include
  • Working in a fast-growth company means that no day is ever the same! Here are the main responsibilities and tasks you’ll undertake while working with us: 
  • Completing RFP/RFI, security questionnaires, and vendor registrations in support of selling to and supporting our customers
  • Understand Outreach’s market space, including competitor landscape
  • Collaborate with subject matter expert teams across Outreach to quickly complete questionnaires and improve our customers’ experience
  • Sharing your subject matter expertise with your teammates, helping them strengthen their own skills, and better support our customers
  • Actively seeking opportunities to enhance knowledge of security, privacy, and the overall RFP process


Our Vision of You
  • Experience – You have 1-2+ years experience in a professional environment, preferably in the technology sector
  • Inquisitive – You ask thoughtful questions resulting in meaningful insights; you probe in a way that leads people to step outside their mindset; you unearth pain points and elicit new ideas
  • Problem Solver – You are able to find accurate and thoughtful answers to customer questions about the Outreach platform and related topics
  • Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Value Mindset - Understanding of how software drives value for businesses

The annual base salary range for this role is $49,500 - 76,500 USD, for remote locations including Atlanta. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
