Description

Outsource Access, a leading virtual assistant company, is currently seeking a versatile and proactive General Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a General Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our clients across various industries, helping them streamline their daily operations and achieve their business goals.

In this role, you will perform a wide range of tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling emails and phone calls, conducting research, preparing documents, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential as you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.

We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently and take initiative to find solutions and exceed client expectations. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will be interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders on behalf of our clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries and managing client communication
  • Conduct research on various topics to support decision-making and project planning
  • Prepare and edit documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice management
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Perform data entry and update databases
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required

Supplemental pay types:
