Description

Outsource Access, a leading virtual assistant company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our client's sales efforts. As a Sales Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients generate leads, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling sales appointments for our clients. You will also assist in creating and maintaining a customer database, tracking sales activities, and preparing sales reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential as you will be interacting with clients and potential customers via email, phone, and other communication channels.

Additionally, you will support our clients in building and nurturing relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with a remote team will contribute to the success of our clients' sales initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers through various channels
  • Schedule sales appointments and demos for clients
  • Track and manage customer information in CRM systems
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data
  • Support clients in building relationships with existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales or Business Development Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and lead generation strategies
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prospect and qualify leads effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
