Outsource Access, a leading virtual assistant company, is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant - Social Media Specialist to join our team and support our client. As a Virtual Assistant - Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our clients' social media presence to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

In this role, you will develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients' goals and target audience. You will create engaging and compelling content, including posts, graphics, and videos, and schedule them across various social media platforms. Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics will be essential in evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Additionally, you will interact with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and build meaningful relationships with the online community. Staying up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms will be crucial to ensure our clients remain competitive in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand exposure and engagement
  • Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
  • Schedule and publish social media posts, graphics, and videos
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a vibrant online community
  • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, target audience, and goals
  • Work with design and content teams to create compelling visuals and written content
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role
  • Demonstrable knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required
