- Develop, maintain, and optimize websites to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build, implement, and manage landing pages, microsites, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure websites and pages are SEO-friendly, implementing best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Integrate tracking tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other platforms to measure campaign performance.
- Update and manage web content using CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or custom CMS solutions.
- Collaborate with designers to enhance user interfaces and experiences that align with brand guidelines.
- Work with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of web-based initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on web development experience, preferably in a marketing-oriented role.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Knowledge of back-end technologies like PHP, Python, or Node.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or HubSpot).
- Experience with API integrations, third-party tools, and CRM platforms.
- Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of on-page SEO, site architecture, and performance optimization.
- Analytical Skills: Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and A/B testing platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset.
