We are currently looking for an Amazon Storefront Manager to join a US-based company specializing in the Wholesale FBA business model.
As an Amazon Storefront Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple Amazon seller accounts. You will conduct product research, manage inventory, handle communication with vendors, and ensure the storefronts are running efficiently. This role will require someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing various tasks associated with an Amazon Wholesale FBA business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Research: Identify lucrative products through wholesale distributors and authorized vendors for listing on Amazon.
- Adding Products to Storefronts: Develop comprehensive and optimized listings for Amazon storefronts, ensuring precision and competitiveness.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and sales velocity to prevent stock-outs and overstocking, adjusting reorder thresholds as necessary.
- Shipment Plans: Formulate shipment plans and coordinate with the warehouse or fulfillment center to guarantee prompt product replenishment.
- Vendor Communication: Cultivate relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure pricing, address issues, and manage purchase orders effectively.
- Reconcile Shipments & Inventory: Verify incoming shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained accurately.
- Accounting & Software Management: Generate financial reports, monitor profit margins, and supervise the utilization of accounting software for precise record-keeping.
- Client Communication: Provide clients with regular updates regarding storefront performance, inventory levels, sales, and pertinent insights.
- Data Entry & Spreadsheet Management: Maintain accurate records through spreadsheets for tracking products, sales, orders, and financial data.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise in storefront operations, including order delays, fulfillment problems, or customer complaints.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing an Amazon FBA storefront, ideally in a wholesale capacity.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, encompassing shipment planning, inventory oversight, and product listings.
- Skilled in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) and accounting software.
- Capable of managing multiple clients and storefronts at the same time.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and spoken.
- Experience with wholesale suppliers and vendors is advantageous.
- Able to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote environment.
- Possesses a problem-solving mindset aimed at enhancing processes and operational efficiency.
