As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments with potential clients
• Keep track of appointments and manage the calendar efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure all appointments are set up correctly and confirmed with both parties
• Address any client concerns or questions regarding appointments

• Previous experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role
• Preferably experience in Followupboss CRM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using calendar management tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to work from anywhere in a fully remote position
