Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide Customer Support: Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have, and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Identify Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients, and work with the sales team to close deals.
- Monitor Client Performance: Track and monitor client performance metrics, and provide regular reports and updates to clients.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met, and serve as the liaison between clients and the company.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
