We are currently seeking an Email Outreach Specialist to join our client's team. Our client is a Media Agency based in the US. As an Email Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for building and refining the outbound sales email strategy, creating and maintaining target lists, and setting up email flows. You will handle email reply’s, appointment setting and some general administrative tasks. You will not be responsible for pitching.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target audiences for email outreach campaigns
- Develop and implement email outreach strategies to reach potential clients and stakeholders
- Create compelling email templates for various outreach purposes
- Personalize and customize email communications based on recipient profiles
- Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics
- Continuously refine and optimize email outreach strategies based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with overall marketing objectives
- Prior experience of 2-4 years in email outreach, outbound sales/marketing is essential.
- Familiarity with email automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for managing target lists and setting up workflows.
- Excellent English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- We need 5 hours of overlap per day, Monday to Friday, with 8 am to 5pm Pacific Time

- Competitive Salary (USD): 800 - 1350 USD per month
