Role Overview
As Head of Operations, you'll drive our agency's operational excellence and team performance. This role combines creative oversight, team leadership, and operational management to ensure we consistently deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day agency operations and workflow management
- Develop and implement processes to improve business efficiency
- Review and maintain quality standards for all email campaign deliverables
- Handle client relationships, expectations, and complex requests
- Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage and mentor team members, helping clear blockers for performance
- Lead implementation of new tools and technologies
- Manage resource allocation and team capacity planning
- 5+ years of experience in creative agency, preferably in email marketing
- Strong eye for design and understanding of email marketing best practices
- Proven track record in creative operations or project management
- Experience with project management tools and CRM systems, Klaviyo is a big plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experienced in building, managing, and developing high-performing teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be able to work US Eastern Time Business Hours.
