We are seeking a creative and experienced Lead Designer to join our client’s performance marketing agency. In this role, you will lead the design team and be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing assets that drive conversions and engage audiences across various digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing strategists and clients to translate brand goals into effective design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process, from concept to execution, for performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, landing pages, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create high-impact visuals that align with campaign strategies and objectives.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Mentor and provide direction to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine design strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the performance marketing space.
- Participate in client meetings to present design concepts and gather feedback for revisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Proven track record of creating high-converting marketing assets.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and data analytics is a plus.
