Paired, a global staffing and recruiting agency, is seeking a skilled E-Mail Marketing Specialist with Klaviyo experience to join our client's team. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our client's success.
In this role, you will be responsible for running the campaign, strategize and assist with lists, segmentations and analytics. The ideal candidate will be passionate about email marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Segment email lists based relevant factors to optimize campaign performance.
- Planning of strategies to optimize the results.
- Monitor and analyze email marketing metrics and provide regular reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in email marketing
- Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
- Proficiency with Klaviyo.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integrating email marketing campaigns with CRM data.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent English communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive remotely
