As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and client needs, ensuring that customers receive the best solutions tailored to their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
- Design and present customized software solutions that address client challenges.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Provide technical expertise during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth implementation of the software.
- Conduct ongoing training and support to clients to optimize their use of the platform.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve product offerings and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to drive product enhancements based on client insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a solutions engineer, technical account manager, or similar role within the SaaS industry.
- Strong technical skills with a firm understanding of software development and integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for explaining complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM and project management tools.
