We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a US-based SaaS company that specializes in innovative software solutions. In this role, you will be the first line of customer support, addressing technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by customers.
- Document customer interactions and issues in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs for customers.
- Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
