Our client, a leading Meta chatbot agency, is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape their visual narrative through compelling long-form and short-form content for YouTube, Instagram, and Meta ads. As a key player in their fast-paced environment, you'll have the chance to showcase your editing skills while contributing fresh ideas to elevate their video marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, visually compelling video productions for YouTube, Instagram, and Meta ads
- Cut, splice, and synchronize video and audio clips, applying transitions, titles, sound effects, and colour corrections
- Select and add appropriate music and sound effects to videos
- Create and implement graphics and special effects in video
- Maintain high quality and accuracy in all aspects of the video production process
- Ensure there are no grammar/spelling mistakes in the subtitles of the videos
- Manage, organize, and maintain production files and video libraries
- Design high-converting thumbnails
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow for posting on social media and line up new ad creatives every week
- Produce two YouTube videos per week, one reel per day, and one new Facebook ad per week with multiple variations (hooks, banners, music, etc.)

- 1+ years of experience in video editing
- Extreme attention to detail

- Capability to replicate new styles (e.g., current Leila/Alex Hormozi, insert celebrity b-roll)
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles and how to apply them in video format
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with YouTube and social media optimization techniques and best practices
- Basic understanding of audio editing and color correction
- Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with a distributed team
