Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching thumbnails that grab attention and drive clicks.
- Ensure thumbnails are relevant, visually coherent, and aligned with the content.
- Leverage analytics to refine thumbnail strategies and improve performance.
- Produce a minimum of 36 high-quality thumbnails per month.
- Recreate and optimize thumbnails for underperforming videos to boost engagement.
Requirements
- Proficiency in graphic design with a keen eye for detail.
- Deep understanding of YouTube's audience engagement dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
