What We're Looking For
As a Sales Chief Staff, you will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of our Sales Director. You will prioritize emails and phone calls and arrange meetings and business events. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. A person with experience in performing administrative duties and providing support to high-level positions.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Scheduling appointments and travel for the Sales Director
Managing calendars and setting up meetings
Maintaining customer databases
Provide administrative support, handle logistics, and prepare reports and presentations
Perform support duties to the sales team
Organizes and maintains filing system and other records in a confidential manner
Prepares outgoing mails and packages, coordinates logistics of incoming and outgoing sales team items
Assist in technical projects such as dashboard creation and analysis in HubSpot
Assist with Sales and Support Escalations requiring critical thinking and customer-facing communication
Education and Experience Requirements
A diploma and/or higher education degree
3 or more years in doing administrative tasks reporting directly to the upper management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills and an ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent customer relations and strong technical skills, such as data analytics
Proficient in using HubSpot
Proficiency in using productivity tools and an aptitude for learning software and systems
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and challenges
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the organization
A self-starter who requires minimal supervision
Job Details
Full-time status (40 hours per week)
Able to work during the US Eastern time zone
Compensation
Hourly rate of USD 6.00 to 9.00 (depending on experience)
