We’re looking for SDRs to join our growing team. The Sales Development team partners closely with our sales teams to drive inbound sales efforts in new and existing accounts. As a SDR, your primary responsibility is to generate sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting, including emails, video, and social outreach.
This is a remote opportunity within the United Kingdom.
\n- Communication & Language: You have strong written and spoken communication skills in French and English, with the ability to engage and develop relationships, sharing information effectively across all professional levels.
- Experience: Up to one year or more of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or related roles where communication and relationship-building skills were essential.

- Generate and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify inbound prospects, facilitating smooth introductions to our Sales teams for further engagement.
- Develop Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of 1Password and its value proposition, including the challenges it solves for our customers and users.
- Leverage Cutting-Edge Tools: Utilise a leading software stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn, to optimise your workflow and enhance productivity.
- Innovate and Experiment: Contribute to a culture of innovation by experimenting with new tactics and strategies to achieve the best results
- Travel: You may occasionally be required to travel for company meetings and marketing events. The frequency and duration of travel will depend on business needs. Travel may include visits to countries where your language skills will be a valuable asset.
The annual base salary for this role is between £31,000 GBP and £43,000 GBP and is commission eligible, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program, utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
