The Marketing team is looking for a seasoned and creative Sr. Campaigns Marketing Manager to define the marketing strategy for driving awareness and creating demand for 1Password’s SMB segment. You will be responsible for assessing our campaign strategy and identifying opportunities to capitalize on our strengths and close gaps with focused execution and new program innovations. You will apply your campaign leadership experience to design new campaigns, including audience definition, persona-oriented messaging development, buyer journey mapping, content planning, and channel and tactic mix design. You will be responsible for leading a campaign from strategy through execution, guiding the program management throughout the campaign process.
You will work cross functionally with Product Marketing, Growth and Sales leaders to learn about the pain points faced by our SMB buyer and bring campaigns to life that reach our buyer at the right place and time with the strongest messaging that positions 1Password as the optimal solution. You will be instrumental in: developing new processes for campaign ideation; ensuring our persona-based messaging is consistent across programs; overseeing the execution of programming; and measuring impact of the programs. Marketing-sourced leads and pipeline will be your ultimate measure of success.
