If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the 1Password team as a Sr. SEO Analyst. This is a newly created position with opportunities for growth and impact across the organization.
The Sr. SEO Analyst will support SEO and digital teams in identifying, preparing, and implementing opportunities to increase organic visibility for 1Password across major search engines. Working with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams, the Sr. SEO Analyst will integrate into established processes to capture consistent competitive market research, implementation strategies, and new organic opportunities that enhance current SEO strategies.
\n- 5+ years of experience in search engine optimization or related.
- Comprehensive knowledge of website enhancement methods, ranking systems, and web crawlers for leading search engines.
- Deep understanding of SEO data analysis using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Power-user for tools such as Looker, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Advanced knowledge of omnichannel marketing strategies with a focus on paid search and content planning.
- Demonstrated experience with working in content management systems like WordPress and Contentful.
- Solid understanding of using tools like Monday.com, GitLab, and Jira for project management.
- Proven ability to create and optimize SEO processes.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks with a preference for experience working in SCRUM.
- Proven experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated ability to distill data into actionable business insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Preferred: Experience in a Saas or startup environment.
- Support the global execution of the 1Password SEO strategy across web properties.
- Track important SEO metrics including SERP positioning, share of voice, organic traffic site engagement, and conversion rates.
- Conduct SEO audits to pinpoint and suggest on-page and technical enhancements that improve organic visibility and site performance - assess site content, layout, page configuration, and internal link architecture.
- Manage SEO reporting and coordinate data collection across marketing platforms to support monthly, and quarterly reporting in line with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate on the development of content strategy using SEO inform direction.
- Own SEO project briefing with cross-functional and external partner teams to ensure relevant information is captured at web project inception.
- Run quality assurance (SEO QA) for web projects to ensure compliance with SEO best practices.
- Work closely with marketing teams and organization stakeholders to provide guidance on SEO best practices and opportunities.
- Work closely with Project Management teams to summarize SEO initiatives, collect and centralize information, and communicate updates to organization stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and SEO best practices to capitalize on new opportunities.
USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $88,000 USD and $118,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $81,000 CAD and $109,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Passwordโs generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
