Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for German-speaking users of the searching platform, providing timely assistance and support.
- Resolve inquiries related to platform functionality and user experience.
- Help users navigate the platform effectively, guiding them through processes and features.
- Document and track user interactions to identify common issues and contribute to platform improvement.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to provide user feedback and enhance service offerings.
- Stay updated on platform features and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support or consulting, preferably in a tech or online platform environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
