Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess content submitted by users to ensure compliance with safety policies and community guidelines.
- Investigate reported issues or violations and take appropriate remedial actions.
- Assist users with inquiries related to safety, providing support and guidance.
- Stay informed about current trends and challenges in digital safety and trust.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance safety protocols.
- Generate reports analyzing safety metrics and compliance.
- Contribute to the refinement of trust and safety practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in digital trust and safety, compliance, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and user engagement.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive situations with care.
- Familiarity with online community dynamics and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment while based in Greece.
