Key Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking clients with their financial inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide detailed information and support regarding banking and financial products
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Educate customers about financial processes and best practices
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality
- Stay updated on financial regulations, products, and company policies
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service or financial advisory roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
