Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support in Nordic languages for transportation-related inquiries
- Assist customers in resolving issues with transportation services
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain professionalism while engaging with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
