Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Nordic-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Supply in-depth product information and personalized support to help customers with their jewelry selections.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering tailored, high-quality service.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and manage them in the relevant systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Stay informed of product updates, promotional offerings, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to regulations and service guidelines to maintain quality standards.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in customer support or luxury retail is an advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide customized solutions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting
- Experience using customer service software is desirable
