About the Role:
In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact, developing strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. You'll also be tasked with identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance
- Manage client expectations and effectively communicate project timelines
- Negotiate and close renewal agreements
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to deliver exceptional service
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
- At least 2 years of experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction goals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
