Your Role: Digital Marketer & Social Media Manager
Step into a dynamic role where you’ll create, curate, and execute compelling content strategies that amplify our client’s online presence. This position places a special focus on LinkedIn content, with opportunities to grow across other platforms.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Management
- Craft engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Develop visually appealing, targeted campaigns to drive engagement.
Content Creation & Strategy
- Write captivating blogs, thought-leadership articles, and email newsletters.
- Oversee the production of visual content, from graphics to animations.
- Maintain a content calendar for timely and consistent communication.
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Design and execute SEO/SEM strategies to boost visibility and drive traffic.
- Analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Market Research & Trendspotting
- Identify emerging social media trends and tools to keep our client ahead of the curve.
- Experiment with new content formats and engagement tactics.
Brand Strategy & Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with designers to create stunning assets like brochures and pitch decks.
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate or financial industries.
- A knack for storytelling with exceptional copywriting skills.
- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Strong SEO knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Stellar project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns seamlessly.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience managing social media for startups or within real estate.
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and LinkedIn creator partnerships.
