Role: Growth Marketer
Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Eastern Time
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Salary Range: up to 2,000 USD per month
About the Role:
The Growth Marketer will be working with the Head of Marketing & Technology and be our client’s go-to person for digital marketing efforts. They will be responsible for leading projects that will help grow the company’s digital presence while contributing greatly to our client’s overall success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Growth Hacker with Leadership Skills:
- You're not here to take orders, you're here to lead digital marketing initiatives.
- Think of yourself as the right hand of the digital marketing team.
- Data-Driven Ads Master:
- You'll be diving deep into Google Ads analyzing campaigns and a massive product catalog (over 2000!).
- Comfy with big data? That's a must!
- You'll make changes based on insights and keep everything documented for future reference.
- Marketing Strategist:
- Google Ads and Analytics are your jam. You understand them inside and out.
- You have a basic understanding of social media platforms like Meta and TikTok.
- Growth Through Data & Content:
- You'll be conducting in-depth data analysis to fuel growth.
- Meta Ads management is ongoing, and TikTok Ads are on the horizon (by Q4 2024).
- While you oversee SEO initiatives, you won't be executing them yourself.
- Content Marketing Collaboration:
- Content marketing experience is a plus!
- You'll develop the content strategy and collaborate with a copywriter to bring it to life.
- Influencer outreach is another key skill for customer acquisition.
- You'll utilize both organic and inorganic marketing channels.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in the marketing field, preferably in Digital Marketing or similar (Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst, Customer Acquisition)
- Highly knowledgeable with content marketing strategies and acquisition channels
- Ideally with a background in STEM (Engineering, Math or Data Science) as will be dealing with large data sets
- Highly passionate about retail and digital marketing, or shows a high level of interest
- Comfortable leading projects and pushing back when necessary
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Be very numbers-driven and profit-focused
- Skilled in data analysis and campaign management
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Flexible and comfortable working with a highly collaborative company culture
- High integrity
- Familiarity with Meta and Tiktok platforms
- Proven experience with the following tools/platforms:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Shopify
- Automation tools (e.g. Zapier)
- Slack
- Microsoft Teams

- Email marketing experienced
