About the role:
Job Title: Recruiter / Interviewer (Manila-based WFH)
Working Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | PH-EST (overlapping)
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Salary: up to PHP 35,000
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Candidate Interviewing:
- Conduct initial screening and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Assessment Facilitation:
- Organize and facilitate candidate assessments, including technical tests, personality evaluations, and skill-based exercises.
- Ensure all assessments are completed accurately and timely.
- Background Checking:
- Perform thorough background checks, including employment history, references, and relevant certifications.
- Verify candidate information and resolve any discrepancies.
- Candidate Coordination and Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback sessions.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or talent acquisition firm.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in candidate evaluation.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
