Role Overview
The Operations Lead will work directly with the founders to support day-to-day operations, optimize internal processes, and help streamline systems for scale. This role is perfect for someone with experience in high-growth environments like investment banking or consulting who thrives in fast-paced settings. You will ensure that all operational workflows run smoothly and contribute to the company's overall mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Founders’ Support: Anticipate daily operational needs, prioritize tasks, and manage key initiatives to allow the founders to focus on high-level strategy.
- System Optimization: Oversee and improve the backend patient record-keeping system, ensuring data accuracy, security, and smooth workflows.
- Project Management: Track and manage progress on cross-functional projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and milestones are achieved on time.
- Automation: Create automated workflows with tools like Excel, Google Docs, Airtable, and Zapier to reduce manual processes, improve efficiency, and minimize errors.
- Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data trends, and present insights to support operational decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and address inefficiencies in workflows, implementing scalable solutions that improve team productivity and support company growth.
- 2-4 years in investment banking, consulting, or startups.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, Airtable, Zapier, and Slack.
- Skilled in optimizing operations with productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, self-starter with problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about transforming fertility care and driving growth.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience building operational systems in a startup or tech environment.
- Familiarity with health-tech or fertility-related industries.
- Previous experience in process automation and reporting/analytics.
