About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Associate to join their team. They are excited to work with a proactive individual who is passionate about social media and digital marketing to help take their online presence to the next level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement various digital marketing strategies to enhance our client’s online presence.
- Manage content creation, scheduling, and engagement across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Develop creative content strategies that align with our client’s brand goals and target audience.
- Design compelling and visually appealing content using tools like Canva and Figma.
- Execute tasks on Webflow (back-end) for our client’s website.
- Craft effective and engaging messaging tailored to US communication styles.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance to inform future strategies.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation (1-3 years for Junior Candidates, 3+ years for Senior Candidates)
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of US communication styles
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and navigate ambiguity
- Proactive and results-oriented with a go-getter attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-work environment
