Over the next few years, we expect thousands of data providers to upgrade their existing integrations to fulfill Open Finance industry requirements. - Build a scalable platform to enable thousands of data providers to migrate their integrations to fulfill industry requirements
- Drive individual impact by focusing on results and technical excellence, through contributions to system architecture and writing code with 30-50% of your time
- People management of engineers -- career growth, performance management, promotions, feedback
- Setting team strategy in partnership with PM counterparts & managing execution (eg planning, sprints, etc)
- Coordinating with relevant teams, to deliver on objectives and create longer term strategies
- 1+ years of TLM and 1+ years of engineering management experience with significant experience as a software engineer
- Ability to be hands-on by contributing to system architecture and through individual code contributions through 30-50% of your time on a small team
- Relevant experience of scaling a platform used by internal teams
- Product sense and understanding of customer needs
- Passion for fostering high functioning teams
- A record of enhancing your reports and providing individuals with meaningful opportunities for growth
- Passion for pushing the boundaries on Open Finance
