About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Leads Auditing Consultant to collaborate with department heads in refining our auditing template for leads. The primary objective of this role is to enhance our audit structure to facilitate the closure of more leads. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of selling on Amazon and e-commerce, encompassing various facets such as supply chain management, content optimization, account administration, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, and related areas. The focus of this position lies in leveraging clear analytical abilities to design and implement effective audit procedures.
This is an Hourly-based Remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to assess and improve the existing auditing template for leads.
- Analyze example audits provided as reference points to identify areas for enhancement.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's e-commerce operations, including supply chain dynamics, content optimization strategies, account administration protocols, and PPC advertising campaigns.
- Utilize analytical skills to set up and execute audits effectively, aiming to optimize lead closure rates.
- Provide recommendations and implement changes to the audit structure to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in auditing procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to e-commerce and lead auditing.
- Proficiency in e-commerce operations, particularly selling on Amazon, with a holistic understanding of various aspects including supply chain management, content optimization, account administration, and PPC advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience in setting up and conducting audits, preferably in the e-commerce domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with department heads and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; however, equivalent experience will also be considered.
