About the role:

As a TikTok Shop Setup Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and configuring our TikTok Shop account, ensuring seamless integration with our fulfillment partners, and setting up product listings using existing assets. Your expertise will help drive our e-commerce strategy and expand our reach on one of the fastest-growing social media platforms.

This is an Hourly Remote Role. 

Responsibilities:

TikTok Shop Account Setup:

  • Create and configure our TikTok Shop account from scratch.
  • Ensure all necessary settings and preferences are correctly configured.

Fulfillment Integration:

  • Set up a functional fulfillment method through Amazon or Shopify.
  • Ensure smooth integration and operation of the fulfillment process.

Product Listing:

  • Set up product listings on TikTok Shop using existing assets.
  • Ensure listings are accurate and compliant with platform requirements.

Document Gathering:

  • Gather necessary documents and materials from the brand to ensure accurate and compliant product listings.
  • Verify and manage all documentation required for setting up and maintaining the TikTok Shop account.
Requirements

  • Proven experience in setting up and managing TikTok Shop accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of integrating fulfillment methods through Amazon or Shopify, with experience using WebBee and AfterShip apps.
  • Ability to handle the technical process of setting up integrations.
  • Experience in setting up product listings using existing assets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to gather, verify, and manage necessary documents from brands.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
