Job Title: Healthcare Data and Business Analyst

This role involves analyzing healthcare data, generating actionable insights, supporting Prompt's enterprise clients on the Prompt BI platform, and spearheading the sales efforts for the Prompt BI platform.

Responsibilities:
Internal:
Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data from various sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and provide analytical support.
Perform data validation and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve healthcare delivery.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and projects.
Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
As needed, work with CFO/Finance department to analyze company data and statistics- create a recurring dashboard of metrics to share with key leaders and all leaders within the company to identify progress towards company wide initiatives/goals/KPIs
As needed, create and share dashboards with Customer Success (or other service departments) leadership to display performance of CS team members, centralizing data from multiple sources (CRM, HelpDesk, Task Management, Pendo etc.)
External:
Support enterprise clients by providing expert guidance on the Prompt BI platform.
Lead sales efforts for the Prompt BI platform, including identifying opportunities, conducting demos, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and revenue cycle management.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Metabase or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in a customer-facing role and a track record of successful sales efforts.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
