Description | As a Data Analyst at Propelus, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-making. You will work closely with various teams to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that help optimize our operations, improve customer experiences, and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities | Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Data Collection and Preparation
Gather and validate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Clean, transform, and organize data for analysis, identifying and addressing data quality issues.
Data Analysis and Visualization
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and trends.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Hashboard) to communicate findings effectively.
Data Modeling and Predictive Analysis
Build and maintain predictive models to forecast future trends, customer behavior, or business performance.
Apply statistical techniques to extract valuable insights from data.
Data Insights and Reporting
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven solutions to business challenges.
Data Governance and Quality Assurance
Ensure data integrity and consistency by establishing data governance practices.
Implement data quality control processes and maintain data documentation.
Continuous Learning and Improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar discipline). A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.

Full time positions are scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless required otherwise by projects. Part time positions are scheduled to work a maximum of 30 hours per week (all part time positions will be specified in the job title.)
