Description | The Account Executive is dedicated to selling our comprehensive suite of solutions, EverCheck and Immuware, across a designated territory. As a trusted advisor, you’ll forge strong relationships within this specialized market and guide complex sales cycles that address compliance and operational efficiency needs for our customers. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, competitive individual with a deep understanding of the healthcare compliance landscape and a passion for shaping the future of healthcare technology.
Responsibilities | Duties include but are not limited to:
Sales Planning & Execution
Lead sales efforts across assigned accounts, focusing on maintaining a 3x quota coverage through consistent pipeline development and strategic account management.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow solution adoption and support clients' operational and compliance goals.
Build and execute business plans that drive growth, including opportunity development, competitive analysis, and account strategies.
Prospecting & Relationship Building
Identify and engage prospective clients through direct outreach, CRM platforms (HubSpot), LinkedIn, and networking events.
Build strategic relationships with decision-makers, establishing EverCheck and Immuware as essential tools for operational efficiency and compliance.
Maintain detailed account plans to strengthen and expand key client relationships within the territory.
Market Insight & Competitive Analysis
Continuously track industry trends and competitor activities to provide timely insights and create effective strategies that enhance solution positioning.
Build a network of industry influencers and decision-makers to expand brand awareness and identify future business opportunities.
Stay informed of customers' evolving operational and compliance challenges to provide timely, relevant solutions and recommendations.
Healthcare IT & Product Expertise
Maintain expert knowledge of EverCheck and Immuware solutions and articulate their benefits in ways relevant to each client.
Present and discuss product features tailored to the operational requirements of our clients, especially around compliance and credentialing needs.
Keep up with market changes to anticipate client needs and maintain relevance in sales discussions.
Sales & Opportunity Management
Oversee the sales funnel, from opportunity identification to close, ensuring accurate recording and forecasting within CRM tools.
Lead the proposal and bid process, aligning our solutions with client needs to ensure successful project closures and client satisfaction.
Maintain order accuracy and configuration quality, ensuring compliance with documented customer requirements.
Qualifications & Desired Skills |
Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably within the healthcare staffing or healthcare technology industry, with a strong record of achieving sales goals.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders within staffing firms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Technical & Organizational Competencies
Proficiency in CRM and SaaS sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), with strong computer application skills.
Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of healthcare staffing processes, compliance needs, and the technical landscape of credentialing solutions.
Travel
Ability to travel for client meetings, presentations, and key industry events to drive new business within the staffing sector.

Full-time positions are scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless required otherwise by projects.
