We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Security Engineer to join our dynamic team.
\n- 4+ years of experience as a Security Systems Engineer.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues, good analytical skills.
- Experience with Security Log Management tools (syslog-ng, rsyslog, logstash, graylog) and other data and DSPM ( Crowdstrike, Okta, etc).
- Experience with IDS/IPS solutions (Palo Alto, Snort), Vulnerability Scanners (OpenVAS), Malware, and Endpoint Protection tools.
- Good understanding of computer networks (VLAN, IP addressing, security zones of trust, etc.).
- Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, protocols, and incident response strategies.
- Command-line experience with Linux-based operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
- Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, Bash, Go, Ruby).
- Professional security certification would be an asset.
- Excellent and professional communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate complex topics clearly and concisely.
- At least an intermediate in spoken and written English.
- Analyze and respond to software and hardware, network vulnerabilities.
- Monitor system logs and events to prevent issues.
- Product security assessment and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities.
- Developing automatization scripts for pen testing.
- Conducting Phishing Campaigns.
- Application and network testing, reverse engineering, Threat Intelligence, and OSINT).
- Evaluate security aspects of development processes like CI/CD, secret management, and container security.
- Collaborate with Platform teams to propose defensive improvements to cloud environments.
- Assist in creating security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Stay informed on current security trends, advisories, publications, and academic research.
