PTW is looking for a Senior Director, Client Success, to manage our relationships with our existing business clients. This individual must be a consultative and highly motivated Relationship Manager, who will cultivate and build long term relationships with developers and publishers, present PTW services, liaise with operations, negotiate, and manage client relationships. They will also manage a small global team of Client Success Managers. They need to understand and meet our revenue targets for our existing business clients, while working with their team to cross sell and strengthen all client relationships.
This position is perfect for an engaging, personable, enthusiastic, and results-orientated individual, with an eye for detail. Growth will be driven through relationship building and surpassing existing business revenue targets. The successful candidate will have a track record in surpassing expectations through cultivating and growing relationships. This person will also manage a team, while also holding relationships with key clients themselves. They need to be highly organized and have a strong understanding of the games services business- both operationally and commercially.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing relationships with our existing business with key accounts
- Attending client meetings, presentations, trade shows, etc.
- Presenting PTW services in line with briefs
- Creating effective solutioning which matches back to client requirements
- Cross-selling PTW services to our existing clients
- Working with Delivery and several support teams to maximize time spent engaging with clients
- Managing the existing business team
- 5+ years at a director level within the games industry
- Experience across multiple lines of business
- Machine translation/ speech tech experience
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to forecast opportunities
- Must be self-motivated
- An organized individual with a passion for gaming and experience of CRM tools
