We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent for our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, strong networking skills, and the ability to effectively communicate our employer brand to potential candidates. This position would be perfect as a part-time position for an experienced recruiter as there are no set hours required!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing and Identification:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends and identify potential talent pools.
2. Candidate Engagement:
- Reach out to potential candidates through various channels (email, phone, social media) to introduce opportunities at [Your Company] and gauge their interest.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating the company's culture, values, and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates to keep them engaged for future opportunities.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with PCR Leadership and Hiring Managers to understand specific job requirements and team needs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status to the recruitment team and hiring managers.
5. Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
