We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent for our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, strong networking skills, and the ability to effectively communicate our employer brand to potential candidates. This position would be perfect as a part-time position for an experienced recruiter as there are no set hours required!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing and Identification:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends and identify potential talent pools.

2. Candidate Engagement:

  • Reach out to potential candidates through various channels (email, phone, social media) to introduce opportunities at [Your Company] and gauge their interest.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating the company's culture, values, and benefits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates to keep them engaged for future opportunities.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with PCR Leadership and Hiring Managers to understand specific job requirements and team needs.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status to the recruitment team and hiring managers.

5. Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
