We are looking for a skilled iOS MDM Engineer to join our team and take ownership of managing and optimizing our Apple device infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Jamf Pro and a solid background in React development. You will be responsible for troubleshooting user complaints, automating device management processes, and ensuring seamless deployment and security of Apple devices within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• MDM Administration: Manage, deploy, and optimize Apple devices (iPhones, iPads, and Macs) using Jamf Pro and other MDM solutions.
• Device Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies, enforce configurations, and deploy updates seamlessly.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve user complaints related to mobile device performance, connectivity, and software issues.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Bash, Python, AppleScript) to streamline MDM workflows.
• React Development: Build and maintain internal tools using React for managing Apple device configurations, reporting, and self-service solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Security, and Engineering teams to optimize Apple device usage and improve end-user experience.
Required Qualifications:
✅ 3+ years of experience in Mobile Device Management, specifically with Jamf Pro.
✅ Strong knowledge of Apple ecosystem, including iOS, iPadOS, and macOS device management.
✅ Experience with React.js for front-end development.
✅ Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or AppleScript for automation.
✅ Familiarity with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple School Manager (ASM).
✅ Understanding of Zero-Touch Deployment, security policies, and compliance standards.
✅ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for handling user complaints.
Nice-to-Have:

➕ Familiarity with Intune, Workspace ONE, or other MDM solutions.
