It is a very exciting time of growth for Quisitive, and we are currently hiring a M365 / O365 Migration Consultant with good consulting skills, technical ability and business acumen to join our expanding team.
This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.
What will my role entail?
We are seeking individuals with Microsoft 365 architectural and migration experience that are interested in an exciting and challenging career helping customers deploy and migrate to the M365 platform. This includes Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and other Cloud Services available from Microsoft 365. Here at Quisitive, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft Cloud Services technologies and help amazing clients progress towards their cloud journey (and work with some pretty great people too)! You will work with a world class Quisitive Modern Workplace team whose experience spans the entire Microsoft technology stack. In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with technical leads that include Microsoft MVP’s that are leaders in their technology space. You and your team will be conducting your responsibilities primarily on a remote basis using the same Microsoft technology that we integrate for our customers.
Some of your activities will include:
- Working with customers to define business goals and determine technical and functional needs
- Facilitating strategy sessions specific to M365
- Helping clients deploy tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and other M365 components
- Leading tenant migration and consolidation efforts for Teams, SharePoint and other M365 services (Familiarity utilizing 3rd party migration tools such as ShareGate & PnP PowerShell)
- Working with customers to navigate the complexities of their data and organizations while guiding them on best practices and modern architectures
- Documenting migration strategies and as-built deliverables
What’s required?

- Credible and professional presence, good written and verbal communication skills and the desire to work with clients in a team environment across organization functional boundaries
- Experience architecting, building, migrating, and supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and other M365 services
- Consulting experience on best practices around M365 Architecture and Governance
- 5+ years of full life cycle SharePoint/O365 implementation, upgrade, migration, and deployment experience.
- Knowledge of content related M365 capabilities such as SharePoint Premium, Microsoft Syntex, SharePoint Advanced Management, and SharePoint Search.
- High level understanding of capabilities around labeling, retention, information protection, and other content related Purview features.
- Working experience with ShareGate Desktop Migration and specifically its PowerShell modules and scripting capabilities.

- Previous consulting experience
- Exposure or experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) or Azure Information Protection (AIP)
- Experience with PowerShell automation in M365
- Knowledge of Microsoft Viva
- Experience with Enterprise Content Management in the Microsoft stack including Purview related content features.
