SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our Sales team. You will be the face of Rasa from a functional and technical perspective. You will lead discovery calls, demos, POC’s, business cases, represent the company at trade shows, work hand-in-hand with our stellar account executives to help empower the largest brands with our platform. You will be reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering.
Full-time - 100% remote - Location: United Kingdom, Germany, or Serbia
This is a remote position, but we cannot hire anybody outside of the UK, Germany, or Serbia for this role.
Rasa can assist with work authorization (visa sponsorship) for candidates located in Germany only.

We’re a startup, so you’ll have to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is required to support our mission. We are hiring for this position because we are seeing tremendous growth in our customer base. As a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you'll make an impact on your team by:
Present Rasa’s business and technical value proposition to prospective customers
Explain, functionally and technically, the value proposition of the Rasa platform
Lead proof-of-concepts and pilots
Build business cases
Travel to meet clients across North America
Work with our Product team to continue to build on our robust roadmap
ABOUT YOU
You are an excellent communicator, verbally and written
You have experience supporting, using, or promoting a Conversational AI product, or with another product type within the Machine Learning and AI space
You have experience in coding, preferably in Python
You are a team player with the willingness to collaborate
You want to win
You must want to travel to meet customers and can work flexible hours to meet client deadlines
You have experience in production deployment leveraging containers
You will be working from the UK, Germany, or Serbia
