Opportunity & Impact
As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you’ll be primarily responsible for analyzing marketing data, optimizing marketing technology platforms, and providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns, channels and improve overall marketing operational performance.
- Analyze marketing data from various sources (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools, web analytics) to generate insights and reports
- Assist in developing robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring
- Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies
- Ensure data integrity and integration across marketing systems
- Proactively explore data to discover new trends and apply proper hypothesis testing
- Partner with key cross-functional groups within Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Product to plan, problem solve, and create efficiencies that will optimize lead conversion, revenue and achieve mutual objectives
- 2+ years' of hands-on, day-to-day professional experience with Marketing Automation Platform (ideally Hubspot) as an admin or power user
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Advanced level proficiency with Excel
- Proactiveness - When you see a problem or area that needs improvement, you act on it
- Proven experience in driving change to facilitate the adoption of new marketing tools
- Experience ideating, implementing, and enhancing marketing operations processes, with a focus on scalability and efficiency
- Ability to thrive in dynamic work environments and is adept at managing change, with a keen ability to pivot strategies and marketing processes as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly to various stakeholders
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
- Proficiency with a BI tool (Domo, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Project Management skills
- Strong track record of developing and presenting revenue-related KPIs to leadership
