Position:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all things “digital” and operational, including website, email, marketing tech stack, reporting and analytics, SEO, webinar tool management, marketing project management platform/collaboration tool, and social media. They provide insights on the health of our digital program, what campaigns are working well, what isn’t working well, and ideas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management:
- Own and manage RegScale’s website using WordPress, ensuring seamless user experiences and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams for website updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and improve website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and overall functionality.
- Email Marketing & MOPs:
- Own and manage the day-to-day operations of HubSpot in conjunction with RevOps.
- Develop and execute email marketing strategy including inbound, nurture, and promotion.
- SEO & Paid:
- Execute a robust SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze performance to maximize ROI, adjusting strategies based on campaign results
- Analytics & KPI Tracking:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMRush analytics and provide ideas for improvement.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across LinkedIn and X.
- Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
- Webinar Management:
- Define and execute hosted webinar strategy.
- Manage all webinar tool stacks including Zoom and BrightTalk.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with content, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to scale marketing efforts efficiently.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website management and MAP.
- Proficiency with: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google suite, WordPress, monday.com, Figma, LinkedIn, X, etc.
- A passion for startups, a focus on outcomes over process, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to drive alignment and deliver results.

- Knowledge of Monday.com
- Knowledge of BI tools
- Knowledge of managing marketing vendors
Education/Training, Qualifications, and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or related topic
- HubSpot certifications (any) – but proven experience in HubSpot of at least 2 years
- Google suite certs like Google Ads Search, Ads Display, Optimization, etc.
