Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing & Sales Support:
- Partner with the CEO to design and implement forward-thinking marketing and sales strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze competition to identify areas for growth.
- Develop and refine sales materials, presentations, and content for impactful client communication.
- Social Media Engagement:
- Create and manage engaging social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor audience interactions and respond quickly and creatively to inquiries or trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure social media strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Content Creation:
- Edit high-quality, short-form video content that resonates with target audiences using CapCut or similar tools.
- Brainstorm and implement fresh ideas for video scripts and content tailored for digital platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with the creative direction and objectives of the team.
- Lead Generation & Marketing Automation:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for the business.
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows using tools like Go High Level and Zapier.
- Create email and SMS sequences to nurture and convert leads effectively.
- Administrative Support:
- Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments and organizing priorities.
- Provide additional support as needed to optimize the CEO’s productivity and strategic focus.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a minimal accent.
- Proven ability to edit professional video content; experience with CapCut or similar software required.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and audience engagement strategies.
Personal Traits:
- Highly proactive and resourceful, able to work independently and solve problems without extensive guidance.
- Capable of generating ideas and strategies rather than waiting for instructions.
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency:
