Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement impactful social media campaigns for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create platform-specific strategies to target key audiences effectively and achieve measurable results.
Content Creation:
- Craft high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content tailored to each platform.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule that reflects the brand's voice and values.
- Develop content designed to generate leads and enhance community engagement.
Audience Engagement:
- Monitor interactions across platforms and respond promptly to build relationships and foster engagement.
- Cultivate a loyal online community by initiating meaningful interactions with followers.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Continuously adjust campaigns based on insights to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaboration & Trend Awareness:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices for social media marketing.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven success in managing and growing social media platforms for businesses.
- Proficient in social media tools and analytics to evaluate and optimize campaigns.
