Job Description
As an Integration Specialist, you are an integral part of the Integrations team ensuring all customers have a successful onboarding and renewal journey. It is our mission to ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience with our platform that drives successful student learning outcomes. This role will work closely with many Nearpod departments as well as customers. The ideal candidate is organized, understands student data, and likes working with people.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Customer Success Management and Customer Support teams to determine post-sale integration needs.
- Set up small and medium-sized district rostering integrations via .CSV, Clever, or ClassLink. Provide integration support to teachers and administrators through phone, email, and virtual calls.
- Assist with periodic auditing and data standardization for integrated schools and districts across products and auto-rostering methods.
- Identify, document, and monitor escalated technical issues related to integrations.
- Assist in the creation of external auto-rostering documentation to be posted on customer help desk articles.
- Ability to work comfortably within the Mac OS environment, Salesforce, Google Suite, and other internal software used to support the customer.
Qualifications
- Experience in K12, higher education, or EdTech preferred.
- Experience with school and district terminology and hierarchy relationships with respect to structure and change management
- Experience with entitlement and license management
- 1-2 years of combined experience in customer-facing technology/data support.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, order of operations, and data types.
- Growing and evolving technical skills- knowledge of SFTP, LTI, SQL, PHP, Python, with some exposure to APIs.
- Experience using or supporting ClassLink, Clever, Google Classroom, or learning management platforms (LMS) preferred.
- Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills and practices Customer-focused and detail-oriented with an ability to manage a daily stream of incoming cases
Additional Information
Salary Range: $42,000-$58,000
This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
