The Senior Director of Global Compensation, Benefits, and People Operations will design, implement, and deliver modern, scalable HR strategies for our fully remote, global team, which is distributed across North America, India and EMEA. This role reports into our Chief Administrative Officer and partners closely with senior leadership to align our people strategy with business goals while ensuring compliance, cultural alignment, and operational excellence. What You Will Do

Lead Our Global Total Rewards Strategy
  • Establish and maintain a market competitive and equitable global Total Rewards strategy that attracts and retains top talent. Train and develop management and employees on our compensation program, providing transparency into how our Total Rewards approach works at Resilinc and connect it to our employee value proposition. You will implement job leveling and compensation ranges, provide ongoing benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness and lead annual benchmarking. You will also manage company bonus program administration and communication, and partner with Finance and Legal on stock option administration and reporting.  
  • Design and implement comprehensive benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans tailored to regional needs. Ensure our suite of offerings scale with us as the company grows and that they are meaningful and relevant to our employees and their dependents. This will include overseeing broker and vendor management to ensure cost-effective, market leading and high-quality services for our team. 
  • Stay current on industry best practices, market trends and global compliance requirements.


HR Systems, Data and Reporting
  • Lead our global HRIS strategy to ensure we have a secure, accurate, single source of truth for employee data and records management.   
  • Design and manage roles and permissions within the HR system to safeguard sensitive employee data and ensure data privacy compliance. Implement and maintain system security measures to protect against potential threats. 
  • Lead our HR systems integration strategy to ensure it aligns with our overall business systems strategy, with an eye towards creating an excellent employee experience. Leverage AI to drive efficiency and self service offerings for employees. Collaborate with functional leaders to optimize and seamlessly integrate our HR systems.  
  • Build and manage reporting, dashboards and analytics that monitor our workforce. Translate the data into meaningful insights and data that help our Executives, Management and the Board understand the effectiveness of our programs and provide proactive insights into where we need to improve. 


Build a High-Performing Global People Operations Department
  • Lead our fully remote, globally-distributed People Operations team. Ensure we have a clear global strategy balanced with regional requirements and best practices. Cultivate a positive culture of feedback, coaching and operational excellence.  
  • Ensure highly effective compliance, audit and policy administration. Partner with Legal, Compliance and Private Equity sponsor to ensure Resilinc achieves audit standards and stays ahead of the changing compliance and regulatory landscape.  
  • Establish and maintain highly effective workflows with key cross-functional partners in Payroll, IT and Finance. 
  • Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of our programs, systems and processes to ensure they are aligned to our business goals, are compliant, meaningful and relevant to the business and our team. Prioritize automation, innovation and efficiency while delivering high value services and programs that create an outstanding employee experience.  
  • Partner with Chief Administrative Officer on monthly and quarterly Board reporting requirements. 


What You Will Bring
  • 8-10 years of HR management experience and 7+ years of People Operations, Compensation and Benefit Administration experience; prior experience working in a SaaS company required where programs where built from the ground up; global experience with UK and India required. 
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with excellent management skills; you inspire others through your ability to lead and manage a high-performing team.  
  • Proven experience in HR technology and systems implementation. You bring strong technical expertise in configuring systems, building reporting/analytics and ensuring security/compliance standards. 
  • Expertise in building and managing compensation and benefit programs with an eye towards Total Rewards. You are able to clearly articulate and educate managers on the ROI of programs and how that drives the employee value proposition.  
  • Deep knowledge in US, UK and India compliance and employment laws. Experience with EOR models in emerging regions preferred. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; you are highly organized and possess strong program management skills. 
  • Adaptable and fast learner with a bias towards action; you work well in a fast-paced environment juggling competing priorities and manage effectively through ambiguity.
