Roman Pennsylvania Medical, P.C. (RPM) is a telehealth practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centric care. Providers help patients seeking care through Ro’s platform for their mental health, women’s health, men’s health, fertility, metabolic health, and skincare needs.
RPM providers benefit from using technology, tools, and solutions designed to support safe and appropriate care, reduce administrative burden, and help them seamlessly connect with patients throughout their care journeys. As part of RPM’s affiliation with Ro, providers help expand access to affordable, high-quality care to more patients. RPM’s nationwide network of providers is made up of board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses licensed to treat patients in all 50 states and Washington, DC.
Ro is currently seeking temporary Virtual Nurse Practitioners to join our remote team. We’re looking for practitioners who possess that much-sought balance of competence and compassion, and who don’t cut corners when it comes to patient care. Ideally, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are technologically savvy and are quick to respond to patients. You’ll have the opportunity to work on our new treatment offering for weight management.
\n- Conduct consultations via phone, video, or asynchronously depending on state telemedicine regulations
- Provide care using our custom EMR: evaluating patient records, diagnosing, and prescribing medication, and making lifestyle recommendations
- Follow best practices and company-specific policies for diagnosis and treatment
- Respond to patient questions related to their treatment
- Active board certification required
- Adult or Family Medicine specialty preferred
- Obesity medicine experience is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in direct patient care, telemedicine experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 10 active state medical licenses, including at least 1 of the following states: California, New York, Florida
- Connecticut
- Utah
- New Hampshire
- Pennsylvania
- Montana
- Iowa
- Kentucky
- Arizona
- Maine
- Ohio
- 4, 10-hour shifts or 5, 8-hour shifts
- 1-weekend shift per week is required
- 6-month assignment to start
- Potential to convert to full-time permanent role, based on business needs
The annualized target base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $145,000. When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
